Date: Saturday, June 1, 2019 Location: Pomar Junction Vineyard and Winery, 5036 S. El Pomar, Templeton Time: 8:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. The LIGHTHOUSE 5k and 10k Benefit Fun Run and Family Fun Day will feature an amazing race course for runners and walkers. Participants may choose to run or walk the 5k. There will be a kids 1/2 mile race following the finish of the 5k run, as well as a 100 yard dash for those age 6 and under. Enjoy the Family Activity Area: Bounce House, Face Painting. Stay for the raffle prizes, breakfast burritos and rock out to music from DJ Guy Cooper. The Pomar Junction Tasting Room will also be open to the public. The LIGHTHOUSE 5K brings attention and fundraising to our cause with the fun of run through beautiful vine-covered rolling hills on a beautiful spring morning, and we hope you will join us. The 7th Annual LIGHTHOUSE Benefit 5k Fun Run and Family Day was an incredible success! Together we have raised over $25,000.00 for LIGHTHOUSE! This has been our biggest year yet and we couldn’t have done it without the support of our community.
The money raised will assist us in continuing to support the LIGHTHOUSE program which is dedicated to overcoming addiction through awareness, prevention, intervention and education.
